Shawn Brownlee


Having a true natural talent and passion for cooking, Shawn started in the kitchen at a very young age.  He had a few jobs growing up but nothing felt as natural as working in the kitchen.  He's glad to be working at To The Lost with such a creative team and with the ability to experiment, he feels it will just extend his love of cooking.

I have a passion to cook and create. Here at To The Lost I have been given the opportunity to explore just as much as in the kitchen as the Barmen have behind the bar. I can’t see myself doing anything else.

More creating, more learning, Shawn sees a bright future in the culinary arts and looks forward to many years to come creating in the kitchen.  His plans are to further his knowledge this June with the Culinary arts program at RDC.
