Chris has not only been here since the doors have been opened but was even around to help build the bar. Chris has honed his passion for cocktails like all his fellow staff members.
Given the freedom to explore and create, his favorite creation to date is named happily named "O Nameless One" after a long search for the perfect name turned up empty. It's a fresh drink with a hint of the fall formed out of a base of gin and juice with only a flare Chris could add. Defiantly give this one a try the next time you're through our doors. This place is like no where else.

more learning more creation more exploring... I've easily learned more about working with spirits here than I have in the past 10 years of bar-tending. I can't wait to see where it leads us next, we are all very excited about working here.
